Challenges To MySelf for 30 Days Onward

Selamat Menjalani Ibadah Puasa kepada seluruh muslimin di dunia. No matter where are you stay, works, studies around this globe, selamat berpuasa. Big smile =)

Sempena bulan puasa ni aku nak buat slot 'special post'. That is the challenges to my self... Finger cross...

Special post terdiri daripada tiga tajuk berbeza. Nanti aku update satu persatu. Kah~ To reveal the 1st topic post, which is related to ramadhan.

1) Thirty Day Thirty Menu

Post ini dibuat dalam usaha berkongsi resepi yang menarik dengan korang semua. Kita buat full set meal. Dari menu hidangan utama, menu sampingan, air minuman dan kuih-muih desert. Juadah lengkap. And at the moment, aku akan selitkan sedikit perkongsian bagi beberapa juadah ringan untuk bersahur. Okay?

Since my sister is nutrition & dietaries, so beberapa menu dan tips berguna mungkin dapat membantu sedikit sebanyak. Even, kadang-kala nafsu makan ni susah nak tolak tepi, but why not we try. We take this Ramadhan as opportunities to rest & stay health. Eating good food.... Digest good food.... Plus gathering as many REWARDS ibadah during this month. Can...? Kita sama-sama cuba.
