Makanan untuk hilangkan Stress


Habis kerja tadi lewat. Dalam pukul 6.30 baru keluar office. Tu pun aku ngelat curi-curi balik since HOD dan HOC semua stay up lagi siapkan contract baru.  Well, untuk masa depan company katenye.. Aku iye kan jela... Tapi bila dah terlampau penat tambah dengan otak dah jem memang wajib la aku undurkan diri dengan sopan dan tawaduk tadi. Hahaha... Ye-ye la sangat ~

Selalunya start kereta, aku terus pecut balik rumah. Tapi tah kenapa hari ni jem la pulak. I am here at Melaka ukeh, lain la Key El.. Adus...Setengah jam jugak duk skema dalam kereta tapi since sebelah kiri lori n sebelah kanan bus. Memasing kenderaan tinggi wey, duk la aku tengah-tengah control adab. Behave...behave.. dah takleh nak karaoke huuhaahuhaa dalam kereta tadi.

Stess aku.. Perut pulak time-time tu nak makan. Jadi cepat-cepat aku rempit singgah jusco. Beli sushi.. Yummmmy

Reality. Selalunya bila aku stess aku akan cari makan-makan ni. Yang pertama seaweed. Kedua ceri tomato or buah. Ketiga sushi.. Tak kesah, sushi king ke.. jusco brand ke.. janji nama sushi..

Mula-mula, aku ingat aku ni pelik, sebab kebiasaan aku dengar bila someone stress they will looked at something sweets and creamy.  Like chocolate, ice cream... but actually it was normal..NORMAL u alls.. Here aku bagi some info regard to this:

Yeaahh... sushi was list out... and also the fruits.. So i am not alien..
